Is there a phone number I can call for customer service?

You can reach us at 1-888-856-4491 (1-888-8LOGIX1).  Our office hours are 9 am to 4 pm PST, Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian holidays. We recommend you log in your account and open a ticket through HELP.  It is the most efficient way of resolving customer service matters.  Please include your order information / ID, with your email.  You will be contacted by our customer service team within 1 business day.

Why can't I place my order and how do I get my Account Authorized? 

ONLY Authorized Accounts can complete the checkout process.  To get your account authorized, you will need to:

  1. Register an account on our site
  2. Email support@chemlogix.ca:
    1. a VALID, UNEDITED government photo ID (for proof of age)
    2. a description of your research:
      1. Describe your research procedure?
      2. What measurements/metrics/parameters will you be observing?

We cannot sell any chemicals for human or animal consumption / testing. Once your account is authorized, you will be able to complete your check out.

Why can't I see or select any shipping method?

If your account is NOT AUTHORIZED, you will NOT see any shipping methods.  Follow the instructions above to have your account authorized.

What methods of payments can I use?

We use Coinpayments.net a cryptocurrency payment processor which accepts BTC, BTC Cash, ETH and LTC. 

Canadian clients can use cryptocurrency or E-Interact transfer.

International clients can use Cryptocurrency (cheapest & fastest)

When will my order be shipped?

If your order is placed and paid in full before 1:30pm PST, it will be processed & shipped the same day.

If your order is placed and paid in full before 1:30 pm PST, it will be processed (processing time may include you to fill out proper documents for select shipping option such as USA FedEx) and once we complete the shipping label, your parcel will be dropped off to the appropriate shipping carrier the same day


Does ChemLogix.ca offer promotions?

Yes, we periodically have sales. You can find our current promotions in the "News" section of our website. 


Bulk order & pricing for larger quantities NOT listed on our site?

In most cases we do, if the order is more than $1,000 CAD or more.  Please send inquiries to support@chemlogix.ca or create a "Prioritized" ticket through HELP (if you already have an account).

If you make an error while ordering.

The most efficient way to change your order is to:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Click “My Orders” (on the bottom of any web page)
  3. Choose “Cancel Order” 
  4. Create a new order

What is the company refund policy? 

Currently, we do not offer refunds.  We do offer a re-shipping and store credit, on a case by case basis.  For any order shipped by regular mail, we do not offer reshipping or store credit.  For more information, please see:  Refund Policy

Do you deliver to PO Boxes? 

Yes, only by regular mail or Xpresspost.

Note: FedEx and Purolator will NOT delivery to PO Boxes 

What is the best shipping options? 

We highly recommend to have tracked shipping.

       1. Canada:  Xpresspost or Purolator

       2. USA:  Xpresspost

       3. International:  Xpresspost

       4. Regular mail is a non-tracked but very discreet shipping option available for all Canadian, US and international orders. Keep in mind that at this will void our reship policy.
