Is there a phone number I can call for customer service?

You can reach us at 1-888-856-4491 (1-888-8LOGIX1).  Our office hours are 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.  We recommend you log in your account and open a ticket through HELP.  It is the most efficient way of resolving customer service matters.  Please include your order information / ID, with your email.  You will be contacted by our customer service team within 1 business day.

Why can't I place my order and how do I get my Account Authorized? 

Only Authorized Accounts can complete the check out process.  To get your account authorized, you will need to:

  1. Register an account on our site
  2. Email [email protected]:
    1. a picture of your photo ID (for proof of age)
    2. a brief description of your research

We cannot sell any chemicals for human or animal consumption. Once your account is authorized, you will be able to complete your check out.

What methods of payments can I use?

We use coinpayments.net cryptocurrency payment processor which accepts BTC, BTC Cash, ETH and LTC. 

Canadian clients can use cryptocurrency or E-Interact transfer.

International clients can use cryptocurrency or US bank transfer (Transferwise.com or bankwire).

When will my order be shipped?

If your order is placed and paid in full before 1:30pm PST, it will be processed for shipping the same day. 

 

Does ChemLogix.ca offer promotions?

Yes, we periodically have sales. You can find our current promotions in the "News" section of our website. 

 

Do we offer a discounted price for larger orders than listed on our site?

Yes we do, if the order is more than $2,000 CAD.  Please send inquiries to [email protected] or create a "Prioritized" ticket through HELP (if you already have an account).

If you make an error while ordering.

The most efficient way to change your order is to:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Click “My Orders” (on the bottom of any web page)
  3. Choose “Cancel Order” 
  4. Create a new order

Referral Program

What is the company refund policy? 

Currently, we do not offer refunds.  We do offer a re-shipping and store credit, on a case by case basis.  For any order shipped by regular mail, we do not offer reshipping or store credit.  For more information, please see:  Refund Policy

How do I stay updated with the company?

What is the difference between Bank wire routing vs ACH (Regular) bank routing? 

  1. Transaction cost
  2. Transfer time

Bank wire routing has a transaction fee from $20 - $30 and the funds will be transferred within 24 hrs.

ACH (Regular) routing has a lower transaction fee but the funds will be transferred within 3-6 business days.

For our US clients, one method of payment is USD bank transfer, made from your local bank.  Make a USD bank transfer to our borderless USD bank account broker, using Transferwise.com.

Do you use Western Union? 

We used to use Western Union, but they are not very reliable for our industry. We only use Transferwise.com or you can go directly to you bank and make a USD bank transfer to our Borderless USD bank account.  For more information, please see:  Payment Method

Do you deliver to PO Boxes? 

Yes, by regular mail or Xpressport; however we strongly recommend NOT TO.

Note: DHL and Purolator will NOT delivery to PO Boxes.  

Whats the best shipping options? 

We highly recommend to have tracked shipping through:

       1. Xpresspost:  Canada, USA & International

       2. DHL:  International only (Next business day delivery)

       3. Purolator:  Canada Only (Next business day delivery)

In most cases, with tracked shipping, we can offer re-shipping/store credit; but NOT with regular letter mail.
