Updates with the recent the hack on Sept 30th 2021
While the investigation is ongoing, our IT team has confirmed that the hacker(s) only had access to 1 of our staff’s emails. That email account does not have access to registration emails or attachments. We have implemented additional security measures on our website. An extra security feature has been added to the online password reset. We are being proactive and being abundantly cautious especially in this unique industry. Even the most advanced security has weaknesses for example the recent breaches on bigger government organization(s) so we are doing our best.

Updates on Out of Stock Research Chemicals
An ongoing supply chain issue is affecting some of our research chemicals, including lysergamides. Unfortunately, we do NOT know when this will be resolved. We are waiting for one of our main labs to develop a successful strategy to import into Canada. Our inventory will adapt to this unique situation; as we strive to stock our most researched chemicals and plan to make room to bring in other research chemicals. On that note we will temporary un-list all the research chemicals that are out of stock due to supply chain issue.

We will continue shipping into the US. The onus is on you to ensure the research chemicals you want to order are not Restricted.

2021 Holiday Season Shipping Schedule
Our shipping department will be closed for the Holiday Season starting Wed 12 pm (PST zone)) December 22nd, 2021 to Sunday, January 2nd, 2022. We will reopen Monday, January 3, 2022. We will have limited staffs for processing any paid orders for shipment during the week of December 27 – 30th, 2021 but expect delays in delivery timeframe.
