Important Notes For All Shipping Options

The stated delivery times do not include processing time, statutory holidays or weekends.

All tracked shipping methods default to signature required.  You may request "No Signature  Required” or “Leave Door” by adding an order comment at Checkout but it will void our Reshipping Policy.

Incorrect shipping addresses and contact info may result in a lost shipment or a “Return to Sender”  so please check your shipping address to avoid this. If a shipment is “Return to Sender” and is received by us we will contact you, but a $10 admin fee will be required, in addition to the cost of shipping before we resend your order.

For large orders, you may request a splitting of your order into multiple shipments by contacting us at support@chemlogix.ca.

The stated delivery time starts after:

  1. Your order has been paid in full
  2. We confirm the correct amount has been paid
  3. We verify the shipping address for errors or discrepancies
  4. We drop off your order to the shipping carrier and it's scanned into their system. 

 

Order Processing

Completed orders made by the 1 pm PST cut-off time are processed and shipped on the same business day, Monday to Thursday. Orders received after 1 pm are shipped the next business day.

The shipping department is closed on Fridays, weekends and holidays.

When the shipping label is generated, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number, but it may take a few hours before it appears in online tracking.

Orders are only processed and shipped to the Authorized Account holder's name and address in you.  To change your billing/shipping address/account info you must email support@chemlogix.ca a copy of any billing statement (utility, phone bill, bank statement, etc) with your name & new address on it and/or answer security questions related to your account.

 

Canadian Shipment Options

Note: All delivery times are estimates, remote locations may take longer

Requesting “No Signature” or “Leave at Door”  will void our reshipment policy if applicable

Orders shipping to Canadian addresses that total $300 or more after discounts or Reward Points and before applicable taxes & shipping cost qualify for free tracked shipping by Xpresspost.

Canada Post Xpresspost:  $20-$42 (Free for orders over $300 after discounts, before taxes)

  • The estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days.
  • The only tracked shipping option for PO Box addresses.

Regular Mail:  $4.95.

  • Not Tracked.
  • The estimated delivery time is 4-8 business days.
  • Discreet shipping.
  • No one-time reshipping is offered.

US Shipping Options

Please Note: We currently only offer one option for shipments to the US,  Untracked Regular mail. We have removed tracked shipping options because an acceptable percentage of shipments were disappearing during customs clearance events. Untracked regular mail has a very good success rate (~95%) but some shipments do get lost, stolen or seized. Since we can’t track regular mail, we regrettably, cannot reshipments for orders that are not delivered. We hope that this transparency helps planning or orders and expectations and rest assured that we do everything possible to ensure that there delivery of all your shipments. If you have a large order or are concerned about this please contact us.

Regular Mail:  $4.95.

  • No signature required
  • The estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days

International Shipping Options

We can ship to Denmark, France, Germany, Mexico, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain (We will not ship chemicals if they are banned in your country)

International Shipments do not qualify for Reshipment Policy   

Registered Mail:  $35

  • Tracked airmail
  • The estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days.

Regular Mail: $8.95

  • Is not tracked, so no tracking number is provided
  • The estimated delivery time is 4-8 business days
  • Discreet shipping.
