Orders are ONLY processed and shipped to the Authorized Account holder's name and address, during business days, by 1pm PST cut off time.
The shipping department is closed on weekends and holidays.
We must confirm the correct amount has been paid before we will process your order for shipment. So if you pay just before the cut off time of 1 pm PST, and if we do NOT confirm your payment until after 1 pm, it will be processed for shipment the next business day. For example, you pay on Monday at 12:45 pm PST, but we do NOT confirm your payment until after 1 pm (on Monday), it will be processed for shipment on the next business day, this case Tuesday morning.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: The stated delivery time frame does NOT include order processing time, statutory holidays and weekends. Any special shipping request/instructions such as no signature must be stated in the order comment every time.
The stated delivery time starts AFTER:
your order has been paid in full,
we confirm the correct amount has been paid,
we verify there are no errors/discrepancies with the shipping address
we drop off your order to the shipping carrier and it's scanned into their system.
For example, you placed an order on Thursday, January 3rd at 10 am. You paid on Monday, January 7th at 2 pm. We processed your order on Tuesday, January 8th & dropped it off to your mailing courier by Tuesday afternoon. The estimated delivery time starts when the shipping company scans your shipment on the system, in this case most likely Tuesday, January 8th.
We strongly advise you to make sure that you provide us a correct shipping address, zip code, email, and contact #. If there is a suite or apartment, please indicate "Suite #" or "APT #" and clarify the address as a street, road, avenue, etc. Incorrect shipping address and contact info will delay the processing time and delivery time too! In fact, any customer's error for not providing the correct shipping address and contact # will have to pay the reshipping cost plus an admin fee (up to $10 on top of reshipping cost) to reprocess your returned to sender shipment!
All tracked shipping defaults to signature required. Any request for no signature can be available but it will void our Reshipping Policy. Please input your request for no signature in the order comment every time!
All our tracked shipping options have guaranteed shipping with a one-time RE-SHIP up to a maximum of $250 CAD after your tracked shipment is thoroughly investigated and officially seized by US Customs.
